Dinamika Spasial Wilayah Rawan Tsunami di Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon, Provinsi Maluku

Berdasarkan kondisi geografis Kecamatan Nusaniwe yang merupakan kawasan rawan tsunami, dengan pertumbuhan penduduk semakin berkembang, hal ini dapat meningkatkan risiko tsunami sebagai bencana sulit diprediksi kedatangannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika spasial wilayah di Nusaniwe. menggunakan data tutupan lahan multi temporal, driving factor perkembangan terbangun, jarak dari garis pantai, sungai, ketinggian dan kemiringan lereng. Metode digunakan yaitu cellular automata-markov chain memodelkan terbangun metode weighted overlay mengalisi bahaya tsunami. Hasil pemodelan tahun 2031 menunjukkan jenis terus mengalami peningkatan luas. Tingkat Nusaniwe, didominasi oleh tingkat sedang luas 2.103,90 ha. Disimpulkan bahwa setiap tahunnya. penelitian diharapkan menjadi masukan bagi pemerintah Kota Ambon dalam upaya penataan ruang berbasis mitigasi ke depannya
